selling quality vehicle air-
Both Directors believed that as the company grew, Customer service and the quality of the components was paramount to Auto Air. In the first nine months the company was structured to service the customer correctly with not only price, but also quality of parts, good availability and continual investment in new products and information.
As part of our on going product range growth, we have key relationships with manufacturers in Europe, China and Taiwan. These relationships allow us to be at the cutting edge with new products arranging for the latest models to be catered for “off the shelf” very quickly. This speed of new product availability means that we very often have access to new product before other suppliers, to the extent that we often export new products to Europe and beyond.
The business is based in two buildings, the first which is set up as a distribution centre with quality control processes for goods in and out, and a repackaging system. Our policy is to repack all products before dispatch thus reducing transportation damage and also allowing a further quality check of the item. Our second unit is structured towards quantity storage and a service centre, which allows for proof fitment of all new products to ensure suitability before we sell it to our customers.
Auto Air Gloucester does not believe in the “Big company” way of business, we know all our customers by name, we treat all our customers the same way we would expect to be treated. You are more than just an account number to us.
